DLG Timber uses equipment capable of cutting down brush and trees up to 50” in diameter. Stumps are removed to ground level or as close as the terrain will allow. All material is left on the ground as mulch … no need for costly debris haul-off and/or unsafe site burns. The root systems of neighboring trees are not disturbed, and mulch will help with erosion problems. Since the blades never make contact below the ground nor with the roots of the vegetation, structural soil erosion is not a problem. This improves the land without destruction.
